All Municipal Lien Certificates (MLC) are $50 per parcel requested. Requests can be made online or by mail. Phone requests are not accepted.
Drop Box Location
The drop box is located to the left of the entrance to the Town Hall on Prospect Street. Payments can be left in this box when the Town Hall is not open. The drop box is checked every morning the Town Hall is open.
Water and Sewer Bills are sent out by section. Your section can be found on your Water Bill as the first number of your account. See images below for billing dates and an account example:
